Stop Watch Version 1.3

This is a little utility I wrote in Visual Basic to keep track of the
time I spend doing something.  Both I and my wife do computer work 
for people by the hour on the side and we've found it invaluable.

This latest version has a few significant improvements over the 
previous ones.  This version displays elapsed time on a continuing basis
and keeps a log file of the date and times that is callable with
notepade from the program.

I hope this utility will be useful,
