                          NetWatch 1.5
                        Virtual Networks
---------------------------------------------------------------------

    Netwatch is a Novell network diagnostic tool.  It scans the network
and builds a list of all machines (servers and workstations).  You can
select any machine and get statistical and configuration data.  The only
requirement for a machine to be seen by Netwatch is that IPX.COM and NETX
are loaded.

    This is a Shareware version of Netwatch and will support up to 100 
machines.  If your network is larger than 100 machines you can get an 
unlimited version of Netwatch by sending $100 (check or money order only)
