This is an unregistered evaluation copy of PC BLACKBOARD VGA Ver. 3.5.  
The only requirements for this program are:
     1) An IBM "XT/AT" compatible PC
     2) A VGA card or higher
     3) A pointing device (mouse or graphics tablet) is necessary for free 
        hand draw, and the drawing of shapes.
     4) A modem
              
     Optionally: a fax/data modem for the utilization of fax capabilities.
              
        PC BLACKBOARD VGA can only grow through use, so this program may be 
distributed, in its entirity, to anyone who has interest.  If you find the 
program useful, please register it through Serial Solutions at a cost of
$30.00 (US Dollars).
              
        Registering this program will provide you:
         - Fax support, which includes the ability to send, receive,
           display, and annotate faxes.
         - Free technical support via phone, mail and/or Compuserve.
         - A printed manual.
         - A registered copy of the program (please specify disk
           type).  If disk type not specified, the program will be 
           sent on 3.5" 720K disks.
         - You will receive all future upgrades at minimal cost.
           (This will include shipping and handling, and cost of the disk 
           and any manual updates.)
         - You will be able to obtain other Serial Solution software
           packages at discount prices.
              
        PC BLACKBOARD VGA can only improve through your feedback. Whether you 
register the program or not, we would like to hear from you.
              
        PC BLACKBOARD VGA is the most basic computer conferencing program 
which Serial Solutions, Inc. provides. We have others which offer better 
resolution, more colors, icon based graphical interfaces, and the ability 
to display video images.
