Wheel of Luck v1.1

Wheel of Luck is a game similar to the TV game show Wheel of Fortune.
Settings can be changed and preferences saved to disk. Sound is supported
through Windows MCI, if a sound board is installed. Wheel of Luck requires
VBRUN200.DLL to be in your Windows SYSTEM directory. If you don't have this
file, you can get it from almost any local bulletin board service.

STARTING A NEW GAME

To start a new game, choose NEW GAME from the FILE menu. Enter the player
name(s), click OK, and you're off!

COUNTDOWN TIMER ON/OFF

If you've entered more than one player, the countdown timer is automatically
activated (it doesn't make sense to time yourself). You get 10-seconds to
decide if you want to spin the wheel, buy a vowel or guess the phrase. If you
choose to spin the wheel, you get 10-seconds after the wheel stops to pick a
letter. If you choose to buy a vowel, you get 10-seconds to pick a vowel. If
you choose to solve the phrase, you get 30-seconds to pick the missing letters.
Be aware that once you've picked a letter, you can't go back if you make a
mistake! You can disable the countdown timer function from the OPTIONS menu.

SOUND ON/OFF

If you have a sound board that can play Windows WAV files, you'll get sound
effects while playing. If you don't have sound support, the speaker will beep.
You can disable all sound effects from the OPTIONS menu.

SPIN DECELERATION ON/OFF

Normally, the wheel spins fast then slows down to a stop. If it seems too slow
on your PC, you can gain some speed by turning the spin deceleration off from
the OPTIONS menu.

SAVE SETTINGS

After changing the above OPTION settings to your liking, choose SAVE SETTINGS
from the OPTIONS menu.

Fixes and Improvements from v1.0

  - Fixed a bug that caused scores to always be given to both players
  - Added sound effects
  - Added ability to save preferences
  - Fixed various other potential bugs (bulletproofed)
