Some people have had trouble using the MIDI interface.  Apparently, SBOS
does not expect to get a MIDI interrupt and crashes when it does.  I have
patched loadsbos.exe so that it will not enable interrupts from the MIDI
input. I've used sbos 1.22 because it works best overall for me.
