KBMIDI is public domain software which lets you test & play with your
windows MIDI synthesizer. It is written by Charles Petzold of PC Mag but
I made few changes to make it work with current Ultrasound windows driver.

Instructions:
vertical scroll bar : pitch bending - doesn't have any effect on Ultrasound
horizontal scroll bar : velocity setting
CTRL+[key] : one octave down
SHIFT+[key] : one octave up

You could even record your performance(?) using windows macro recorder.
