/x500/ldap/README: LDAP protocol implementation

*Description

The Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) is a simplified X.500
Directory access protocol that runs directly over TCP/IP. It is
documented in RFCs 1347 and 1348, and is a proposed Internet standard.
If you are considering implementation of any software that needs to
access an X.500 Directory, consider using LDAP.
