*Description

The Internet Engineering Task Force is a group that creates standards
for the Internet community.  There are several working groups in the
IETF that deal with directory service (including X.500) in some
fashion.  This directory is an ad-hoc collection of documents and
information produced by the various IETF directory service groups.
