 Full documentation for SOT-Calc is provided in the included Windows help
 file.  To view this file, start SOT-Calc and press F1.  Individual help
 topics can be printed (consult your Windows documentation).  A complete
 printed manual is included with the registered version of this package.

 SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

 Hardware: 286 or 386 PC with at least 1 megabyte of RAM
           VGA or better

 Software: Microsoft Windows 3.1 or higher
           VBRUN200.DLL, Microsoft's Visual Basic 2.0 Runtime DLL
                                             (freely distributed)


 WHAT IS IT?
 -----------

 SOT-CALC VERSION 2.0!  The "Stay On Top" calculator for Windows now
 features robust Scientific, Business, Unit Conversion, and Statistics
 modules!  Also includes a "tape file" feature that simulates paper tape
 output!  Nearly 100 new functions, all of the features of a standard
 four function calculator, full clipboard support for easy data exchange,
 a special "small window" mode, and the ability to "Stay On Top" of other
 apps all team up to make SOT-Calc the most feature-rich Windows
 calculator ever developed!  VBRUN200.DLL and VGA required.  Shareware
 for Microsoft Windows 3.1 from CheckBox Software.


 INSTALLATION
 ------------

 1) Copy the SOT-Calc files (SOTCALC.EXE, SOTCALC.HLP, etc.) to the
    directory of your choice on your hard disk.

 2) To install SOT-Calc as an icon in a Program Manager group, consult
    the "Creating A Program Item" section of the Windows 3.1 User's Guide
    (pages 78-82 in the English language version).

 3) That's all there is to it.  To learn more about using SOT-Calc, start
    the program and press F1 to browse SOT-Calc's online help system.


 HOW DO I REGISTER?
 ------------------

 Complete information on registration is available in the help file.  The
 help file can even print out a registration form for you on your
 printer.  Registration information is also located in the SOTREG.DOC

 and is protected by United States copyright laws and international
 treaty provisions.  Except to the extent expressly licensed by CHECKBOX
 SOFTWARE, CHECKBOX SOFTWARE has and reserves the exclusive copyright and
 other right, title, and interest to copy and distribute this software,
 and the right to use the Trademark "SOT-CALC" in connection with it.

 3) NON-COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION: You are granted a license to copy and
 distribute the shareware evaluation version of SOT-CALC in a
 non-commercial manner.  Distribution is non-commercial if it is for
 free, or by a hobby, user or computer interest group to its members, or
 by any BBS, provided the SOT-CALC package is not modified or abridged in
 any way.  CHECKBOX SOFTWARE reserves the right to revoke this license at
 any time for any reason on 90 days advance written notice.  Commercial
 distributors should read the "VENDOR.DOC" file included elsewhere in
