A directory listing for each directory on the cdrom is in \bbs\sf.
These listings are in spitfire format.

In this directory is a batch file called "all.bat".  You can use this batch
file to create the same kind of bbs sffiles.<x> listings that are in \bbs\sf,
if you don't like the numbers I used for <x>.

First you have to copy all the files from this directory to a directory on your
hard disk.  Then edit all.bat and change the drive letter from m: to whatever
drive letter your cdrom drive is.  Then edit the "output" to a directory where
you want the output files to.  The "in_type" is ok the way it is.

Then just type "all.bat" and the program will create all the output files for
you.  If you want to change the header of the index files, you can edit the
files "header1".
