talk 2.1 (14 sep 1991)

This is "talk", a front-end to SPEAK.TOS. It speaks its command line and/or
reads a file(s), and/or reads stdin and speaks it.

Source is included as is the version of SPEAK.TOS I use. Also included is
the nroff manpage (talk.man) and a formatted manpage (talk.1 for manpager,
talk.asc pure ascii). Source compiles and runs with GNU C v1.40, gas 1.37,
and library patchlevel 71.
