MISC mgr stuff for shipment

getscreen	Snaps a picture of the entire display, in MGR bitmap format

hp_raster	Converts an MGR bitmap to hp laserjet format
		getscreen | rotate | hp_raster | lpr -Php -l
		copies the display to the HP printer.

lasergrafix	Converts an MGR bitmap to QMS QUIC format 
		getscreen | lasergrafix | lpr -Pqms -l
		copies the display to the QMS printer.

login		A sample .login file for MGR-csh users

map		Cat this file

mgr.ti		A sample MGR terminfo entry

mgrc		some sample MGR startup files and notes

plot		PLot(5) format data
		try mgrplot < plot

rotate.c	A program for rotating MGR bitmaps 90 degrees
		used by tj_filter

termcap		A sample MGR termcap entry

tjfilter	Converts MGR bitmaps to HP-thinkjet format, rotating them
		sideways to fit if needed.  Typically used with window_print
		or snap
