enclosed are microRtx bindings for tos gnu CC

	grtxbind.h	headers and inline definition
	grtxbind.c	functional form of bindings (32 bit ints)
	srtxtraps.s	functional form of bindings (16 bit ints)
	phil.c		a small test 

the functional forms are used only when the preprocessor symbol
`__NO_INLINE__' is #defined.
