     As  a  musician  and recording engineer,  I  need  a  lot  of 
different  types  of  forms to keep track  of  the  information  I 
produce.   In  this  file I have included many  of  the  different 
forms,  labels,  symbols, charts, etc. that I use for my music and 
recording projects.   Of course, these forms can only be used with 
the DTP program PageStream¿.  This is the program I use for all of 
my DTP purposes.   It is the best program in it's field as far  as 
I'm concerned.

     As  much  as I'd like to offer these forms  to  everyone  for 
nothing,  I  _did_ put a lot of time and effort into putting  them 
together,  so  I'm  asking for a small  shareware  donation.   The 
amount I'm asking,  suprisingly,  is only $1!   Yes, that's right!  
Only  one  dollar!   I  want to make this as easy  as  I  can  for 
everyone and also very easy to afford.  So if you use the contents 
of this archive in any way,  I would appreciate a donation.   I'll

     * Also, as you may have noticed, there is a version number in 
the title of this collection.   This means that this is an ongoing 
project and will definitely be updated (ie.  new  forms,  symbols, 
etc.) regularly; especially for registered users.  Thanks again!

from everyone.


     Following is an explanation of the contents of this archive:

README.TXT - This is the file you are reading now.

MAILING.DOC - This file contains various mailing labels which  can 
               be used when transporting magnetic materials.

  * All of the DOC files included here are set up so that you  can 
copy  objects  from  them and include these objects  in  your  own 
documents.   Each  object has an accompanying description to  help 
you identify it.

AUDIO folder: (root)

A_STATUS.DOC - This file contains various labels which can be used 
               to indicate the status of your tapes.

CASSETTE.DOC  -  This file contains objects for  cassette  labels, 
                    insert cards, etc.

   * All of these objects are drawn at the standard industry  size 
for the type of object they are imitating.

DAT.DOC  -  This file contains objects for  DAT  cassette  labels, 
               insert cards, etc.

     TRACHART folder: (inside AUDIO folder)

TRACK_8.TMP  - This file contains the layout for a track chart  of 
               an 8 track recorder.

TRACK_16.TMP - This file contains the layout for a track chart  of 
               a 16 track recorder.

TRACK_24.TMP - This file contains the layout for a track chart  of 
               a 24 track recorder.

EXAMPLE.DOC  - This file contains an example of  the  TRACK_24.TMP 
               file partially filled out.


MUSIC folder: (root)

NOTATION.DOC - This file contains various music symbols which  can 
               be  used to include music in your  documents.   The 
               symbols can also be used for logos, etc.  I suggest 
               viewing this page at 200% or more for easier use.

     EXAMPLES folder: (inside the MUSIC folder)

CIRCLE5.DOC - This file contains a picture of the circle of fifths 
               as  an example of the use of the symbols  contained 
               in  the NOTATION.DOC file.   * In the  near  future 
               there  will  be  more  examples  included  in  this 
               section.


VIDEO folder: (root)

BETA.DOC  - This file contains objects for a Beta  video  cassette 
               label, insert card, etc.

VHS.DOC  -  This file contains objects for a  VHS  video  cassette 
               label, insert card, etc.

REEL.DOC  - This file contains objects for a 1" video reel  label, 
               etc.

MU_MATIC.DOC - This file contains objects for a mini U-matic video 
               cassette label, insert card, etc.

U_MATIC.DOC  -  This  file contains objects for  a  U-matic  video 
                    cassette label, insert card, etc.
