This is the first release of the WINHELP version of Ralf Brown's
interrupt list. The following are the known restrictions/problems
with this release :-

PROBLEMS:

1) Only A-Z entries in the alphabetic index (which also lies about
   being non-supported). 27 is a prime number, but this will be fixed.

2) Selecting tables from the table index sometimes shows the wrong table.
   If you select the table, then the INT xref from the table, then the table
   from the INT xref you will get the correct table. I am looking into this.

RESTRICTIONS:

1) This HELP file needs Windows 3.1 WINHELP. Sorry but is uses esoteric
   WINHELP features such as .SHG and Topic Jump macros, and cannot run under
   WINHELP 3.1.

2) It is zipped with 2.04c of PKZIP. Sorry, but the 1.10 PKZIP produced
   a 1.9MB file, which a tad too big for upload/downloading anywhere.
