WINDEBT V1.0 - 4/20/93


This program displays the National Debt in real time.
(It's pretty scary to watch)

The calculation is based on a National Debt of
4,157,381,000,000 as reported by a Colorado Newspaper as of
April 30, 1993 and Perot's statement of an increase of 1 billion
dollars per working day.

This program was inspired by the X-Windows program Xdebt which also
shows population increase in real time as well as debt-per-capita.

I havn't gotten around to adding these to the program, even though
it is a trivial enhancement.  If there is interest I will do so.
