These utilities are for the October '92 Beta Release of Windows NT.  The
documentation is contained in DRAGDROP.WRI, which is a Windows 3.1 WRITE
file and requires the 3.1 version of WRITE.EXE to read.

These utilities are NOT free, they are Shareware ($9.95 introductory price).

The utilities may be copied to a directory on your path, and then added to
Program Manager or run from Progman's File|Run menu choice, or they may be
run from the File Manager.  The drag 'n' drop part of the utilities requires
that File Manager be running.
