graphics to be run in a full screen DOS window.
   cd C:\WINNT\SYSTEM\DRIVERS
   ren VGA.SYS to VGA.IBM

Revision History -----------------------------------------

Version 0.01 (M93NT1.ZIP)
Supports March 1993 Beta 2 release.
Incorporates ALL fixes from the Oct 92 Beta release
    Mouse problems fixed by Microsoft.
DOS full screen works if using VGAATI.SYS
640 by 480, 16.7 million colors IF aperture is enabled.

KNOWN PROBLEMS -----------------------------------------

These drivers ONLY work with the March 1993 Beta 2 Release.

What to do if Windows NT "hangs" at the Win NT "Blue Screen" with the
ATI graphics device drivers.

Is the aperture enabled where System Memory is Located?
To verify where the aperture is located do this:
    BOOT DOS
execute the ATI utility C-INFO.EXE or 8-INFO.EXE, this will tell
you about the Memory Aperture and the Card Configuration.
Use the INSTALL.EXE program to modify the aperture settings.

Is the computer system CMOS "shadowing the BIOS with RAM"?
Is the CMOS Caching the Video BIOS at C0000-C7000?
Disable both of these. This can cause Windows NT to hang in a
Black Screen, or fail to Reboot completely.

What to do if ATI ACCELERATOR not found message appears.
Is there another adapter card in the system that CONFLICTS with I/O
locations in the 350-35F hex range? Relocate the I/O to 300 to 31F range.
Often modem and fax cards use these addresses.

Disable the ATI driver by renaming \winnt\system\drivers\ATI.SYS to
something like ATI.ATI. Reboot, will get VGA.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

How to UNinstall the ATI Windows Device Driver. There are TWO ways to do
this without reinstalling Windows NT.

ONE method is:
    CD \winnt\system\drivers
    ren ATI.sys ATI.ati
Windows NT looks for *.SYS drivers at boot time, if it cannot find it,
    it cannot use it.

SECOND method is:
While running Windows NT, execute the Win NT Setup program.
Select a NON ATI driver (try VGA compatible)
