If all files are included, this archive may be copied for private use and
may be spread. Commercial trade and selling is not allowed. Connect the
authors for special arrangements.

As a lot of time was neccessary for programming WinRec I decided to
distributed the program as shareware. That means you may copy and test the
program for free, but if you use it regularly you have to pay the share.
