ResourceMaster v2.07e                                           July 97

ResourceMaster is a Shareware resource file (*.RSC) editor, programmed 
by Armin Diedering. Its support for >64Kb RSC files (AES 4/Interface 
format) and colour icons makes it the ideal tool for editing desktop 
icons in Thing, Gemini, etc.

Here's a partial feature list:

   * Resource files up to 64Kb (only limited by GEM).
   * Resource files larger than 64Kb (AES 4.xx).
   * Resource files larger than 64Kb (version 3 format).
   * All flags & states of objects are variable.
   * Alert boxes can be tested.
   * Output files for C, Pascal, BASIC etc.. using special modules.
   * Names with up to 32 characters.
   * Syntax of names is configurable.
   * Commenting for trees and objects.
   * Import of DEF, DFN, RSD and HRD definition files, using modules.
   * Integrated Icon editor.
   * Compatible with all TOS based machines with all types of graphics 
     cards (provided 80x25 system font characters can be passed to the 
     screen).
   * Normal standard GEM interface.
   * Nearly completely keyboard operable (including dialogs).
   * Mainly dynamic memory management: Lets as many other programs
     as possible free access to memory.
   * All dialogs are displayed in windows, provided enough windows are 
     available.
   * Multiple files can be loaded similtaneously.

Status
------   
ResourceMaster is shareware not public domain. Please feel free to 
evaluate ResourceMaster for up to six weeks. If at the end of this 
period you can't bring yourself to delete ResourceMaster you must 
register. Currently the unregistered version of ResourceMaster is not 
restricted in any way. Please do not abuse my generosity!

ResourceMaster may be freely distributed by PD/Shareware libraries and 
BBS's so long as ResourceMaster and its documentation always remain 
together and complete with all its files and documentation.

Changes to the program and/or documentation is forbidden. The software 
and documentation listed below constitute ResourceMaster and is 
protected under international Copyright law. ResourceMaster may only be 
included on magazine disks or CD-ROM disks with prior written 
permission.

the distribution i.e. outside the RSM folder.

Registration
------------
ResourceMaster costs 35,-DM so please transfer this amount to the 
author as follows:

Please supply in this format:
Line 1: RSM v2.xx forename surname
Line 2: Postal address or email address

If an email address is given, your registration code will be sent to 
you via this route. With a normal postal address, it will be sent to 
you the same way. If you transfer an additional 5,-DM, then you will 
also receive a disk with the latest version.

Alternatively you can register ResourceMaster in the UK through 
InterActive. Please read SUPPORT.TXT included in this distribution for 
more details.

Use of an unregistered version of ResourceMaster beyond the six week 
evaluation period is illegal, you must either pay the shareware fee or 
delete your copy.

Warranty and liability
----------------------
Whilst we will make our best endeavours to resolve any problems you may 
experience using ResourceMaster neither the author nor any appointed 
agents accept any liability for any loss, or consequential loss, you 
may suffer due to the use of ResourceMaster.
