FPAINT is a Falcon only paint program.  Unfortunately for me it doesn't
include any written docs, so I can't tell you anymore about it.  The
program is in English and requires at least 3.8 meg free to run.  The
uploader said the program was a bit wierd!  147K uncompressed.
