PGP Shell v0.9 README file

PGP Shell v0.9 is Shareware. If you use this program more than a few
days, please send the requested registration fee as detailed below.
In return you will receive full support from the author, additional
enhancments to the program, and free use of any future versions.
You will also be put on a mailing list and if possible I will notify
you of new versions when they are released.
For the disk version, please specify if you want to receive the current
version on disk or if you want to receive the next version on disk when
it is available. You may also substitue a disk and self addressed stamped
envelope for the requested disk fee.

so it can be translated and other language resource files can be easily
