GEMINI may be freely copied and used for private utilization, under the
condition that always all files on this diskette (see MANIFEST for a list) are
copied unchanged. Commercial use in any form (this includes the distribution
via public domain collection diskettes) is NOT ALLOWED.

If you like GEMINI (and we hope that a lot of people do), then you may use it
and pass it on, also via mailbox systems. You should pack all files on this
diskette in an archive (ARC, LH-ARC or ZOO).

You can also get GEMINI  on a 3.5" Diskette by sending a self adressed return
envelope together with sufficient international reply coupons to one of the
above addresses.

This version 1.1 of GEMINI is in our eyes not yet a finished product.
Therefore we will continuously work with GEMINI in the future. Because this
takes a lot of time (up till now each one of us has put ca 1.5 manyear
into GEMINI) we are not in the position to distribute GEMINI free of charge
(as "PD" or "Freeware"). We have decided to use the shareware concept.
You may copy and try GEMINI free of charge, but when you use it regularly
you owe us a shareware fee of DM 50,-.

The following additions to GEMINI are planned for sure in the future:
- pipes
- a script language similar to the Unix Bourne shell
- keyboard shortcuts for starting programs
- desktop cleanup as in Macintosh Finder
