hello world (a little C humor),
     this is the program that you have been waiting for...  ARC is
now available for the Atari ST...  you need to download the two files
called ARC.TTP and ARC.ARC...  perform the following instructions to
obtain more extensive directions for ARC...
           double-click-left on ARC.TTP icon from desktop
           open application box should appear
           type the next line and hit return afterwards
           X ARC.ARC *.*
now you may read ARC.DOC to learn how to use the ARC utility...

NOTE: We have already extracted the DOC file so you should be
able to just print it.  The arcshell programs provide a very easy
user interface to using the basic arc.ttp program.  You may still
want to take a look at the docs, however, to get some idea of just
what capabilities arc has.
