Short: very fast terminalprogram with bidirectional transferoption

	This version is made available only because I wanted add possibility
	to use DModem with DTerm. DModem is currently in ßeta-state and is
	aimed to use only with DTerm -> if you call somebody who is using
	DTerm you can do bidirectional file transfer and chat. Note that
	this version of dmodem is not very safe...
	To make chat possible both user must set KY in dmodem-initstring.
	Read dmodem.doc if you want to know how to start bidirectional
	transfer.
