This is a slightly modified variant of an old African board game called
Mankalla.  Zero, one and two player mode, six computer playertypes,
protocol function, 12 ranking lists maintained.  Also a short online
manual, SingleStep-LearnMode and two display modes (numerical, graphical)
provided.  Usage from both Workbench and CLI supported.  Compatible with
Kickstart 1.3 and 2.0.  This is
