Keyboard equivalents for all MultiFile commands
-----------------------------------------------

Almost all commands in MultiFile now have keyboard equivalents,
which can REALLY speed up the use of this program.  Below is a list
of all the key commands:

IN THE MAIN FILE MENU:

     Esc          - Reread current source directory.

     T            - Display sort options.

     W            - Display warning options.

     M            - Move selected files to destination path.

     C            - Copy selected files to destination path.

     E            - Erase selected files from current source path.

     N            - Rename selected files.

     X            - Touch (update timestamp of) selected files.

     Help         - Display the 'More' dialog box.

     Return       - Exit MultiFile.  (OK, so you knew this already.)

     S            - Brings up the source drive selector.

     D            - Brings up the destination drive selector.

     F1           - Brings up the source paths box.

     F2           - Brings up the destination paths box.

     Backspace    - Swap source and destination paths. 

     Insert       - Select all files in current source path.

     Clr Home     - Deselect all files in the current source path.

     Left Arrow   - Page backward through multi-page listing.

     Right Arrow  - Page forward through multi-page listing.

     (            - (ON NUMERIC KEYPAD) Back out one level in
                    current source path.

     )            - (ON NUMERIC KEYPAD) Back out to root of current
                    source drive.

     /            - (ON NUMERIC KEYPAD) Back out one level in
                    current destination path.

     *            - (ON NUMERIC KEYPAD) Back out to root of current
                    destination drive.


IN THE SORT MENU

     O            - (That's the alphabetic letter 'O', not zero.)
                    No Sort.

     N            - Sort by Names.

     E            - Sort by Extensions.

     S            - Sort by Size.

     D            - Sort by Date.

     Return       - Exit without changing current sort option.


IN THE WARNINGS MENU

     C            - Toggle warning before copying.

     O            - (Again, alphabetic 'O'.) Toggle warning before
                    overwriting existing files.

     E            - Toggle warning before erasing files.

     S            - Toggle warning before erasing folders.

     T            - Toggle warning before touching files.

     F            - Toggle warning before formatting disks.  (WATCH
                    OUT if you turn this one off...)

     P            - Toggle warning before printing current source
                    path. 

     A            - Turn on all warnings.

     N            - Turn off all warnings.

     Return       - Exit warnings menu.


IN THE DRIVE SELECTORS

     A thru P     - Select drive.


IN THE DEFAULT PATHS BOX

     F1 thru Shift/F10  - Select new path (source or destination).

     F                  - Call up file selector to set path.

     Return             - Exit default paths box.


IN THE 'MORE' OPTIONS BOX.

     C            - Create new folder in current source path.

     F            - Enter 'Format' dialog box.

     P            - Print current source path.

     D            - Disk info.  (Brings up drive selector.)

     S            - Save current configuration directly to
                    MULTFILE.PRG/.ACC

     Return       - Exit 'More' options box.



Start Selector is not Freeware
------------------------------

The Start Selector (STSELECT.PRG) and documentation are in a folder
called STSELECT instead of the FREEWARE folder as stated on the manual's
back cover.  We have permission from Antic Publishing to include the
Start Selector on our disks, but it is not Public Domain or FreeWare. 
Although written by Charles F. Johnson of CodeHead Software, the Start
Selector is Copyright 1988 Antic Publishing.
