Comments: This version has now had all of its input path options heavily
	tested, something previous versions didn't get enough 'beta'
	testing of.
	This version also has a 6th time selection option, one of doing
	something only during the Nth week of a month, counted the same
	way you would count weeks on a calendar, down the Sunday column
	until the week contained the rest of the date-time specs.
	Please note that your old "5 time specs" crontab files  or
	data modules will break this under certain conditions.  You
	MUST edit them at least enough to add a final "*" to the time
	spec portion of the crontab line.
