Subj:   NEED REPORT ON OVERNIGHT COURIERS


In light of the recent communication re: delivery service cost
reduction, Bob would like us to consider changing overnight couriers.
Would you prepare a recommendation report for our 1/25 budget
meeting? I've already asked Susan to compile a fact sheet on local
providers.

As I see it, the most important considerations are price,
reliability, and convenience--in that order.
