	* Added T2GIF_TH for "high-res" captures.  TCAPUTIL can now
	  capture and convert every single tweaked CGA text screen!

	VTF2RAW:

	* Converts tweaked text-mode captures made with Video Thief into raw
	  screen dumps suitable for use with these utilities.  (This was
	  done to allow the use of Video Thief, since it can capture
	  certain screens from programs that GRABTEXT can't.)  The *.VTF
	  files must be at least 64K in size for this utility to work.

	* TRAW2GIF split into seperate utilities:  T2GIF_80 for
	  80-column screen conversion; T2GIF_40 for 40-column screen
	  conversion; T2GIF_TL for low-res tweaked CGA screens (80x100

	GRABTEXT:

	* Now grabs entire CGA text area (16K) so that capture of

        + Stepped CPU requirements down from a 386 to any PC.

	GRABTEXT:

	+ Changed hotkey to ALT-= for maximum compatibility with odd
