General Information
SolidWorks Support for Windows 95 users to be discontinued

We plan to support existing customers running the SolidWorks software on the Windows 95 platform for the entire SolidWorks 2000 release and for the one full release following SolidWorks 2000. However, due to the potential that component providers may stop the support or production of required components, support may end earlier. An announcement will be made if a change is made to the policy.
SolidWorks Support for Alpha users to be discontinued

We plan to support existing customers running the SolidWorks software on Windows NT 4.0 on the Alpha platform for the full release of SolidWorks 2000. However, due to Compaq's announcement of non-support for the Windows 2000 operating system on Alpha, this policy may change. Support for some components or services on Alpha may be discontinued if Compaq or other software component providers stop support or production of required components. An announcement will be made if the policy changes.
SolidWorks 3D Meeting not supported on Alpha
