(hereafter refered to as Binary Software)

This is a legal agreement between you, the Licensee and DoubleOLogic
Software Corporation located at 5596 178th Ave SE Bellevue, WA, USA 98006.

1. COPYRIGHT. This Binary Software is owned by DoubleOLogic Software Corporation.
It is protected by the United States copyright laws and international
treaty provisions. You may backup the software for recovery purposes.

2. GRANT OF LICENSE. This Binary Software is owned and licensed exclusively
by DoubleOLogic Software Corporation. DoubleOLogic Software grants to you ("Licensee") a
non-exclusive, non-transferable evaluation license to use the Binary Software
for a period of 60 days to evaluate software for suitablity purposes.
Licensee may not distribute the Binary Software to third parties.

3. WARRANTY. This Binary Software is provided "AS IS" and without Warranties.
Good data processing procedure dictates that this program should be thoroughly
tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
Licensee assumes the entire risk of using this Binary Software. Licensee
is hereby advised that this Java (TM) applet Binary Software is subject to Internet
browser compilation. As new browsers arrive on the market, DoubleOLogic Software Corporation
can not guarantee that this software will work with the new browsers. You are
advised to provide alternate software or instructions to your users if by chance
this software proves to be unusable with unforeseen browser releases.

DOUBLEOLOGIC SOFTWARE CORPORATION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE
SUITABILITY OF THE BINARY SOFTWARE, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. DOUBLEOLOGIC SOFTWARE SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES SUFFERED BY LICENSEE AS A RESULT OF USING THE BINARY SOFTWARE.

DOUBLEOLOGIC SOFTWARE CORPORATION ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL DOUBLEOLOGIC SOFTWARE CORPORATION OR IT'S SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DAMAGES WHATSOVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS
PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION) ARISING OUT OF THE
USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE Binary Software.

4. RESTRICTIONS. Licensee may not distribute the Binary Software
to third parties. Licensee may not decompile or reverse engineer the Binary Software.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY. By downloading or using this Binary Software,
Licensee agrees to abide by the intellectual property laws, and all other
applicable laws of the U.S., and the terms of this License. Ownership of
the software shall remain solely with DoubleOLogic Software Corporation.

6. TERMINATION. DoubleOLogic Software Corporation shall have the right to
terminate this license immediately by written notice upon Licensee's breach of,
or non-compliance with, any of its terms. Licensee shall be liable for any
infringement or damages resulting from Licensee's failure to abide by the terms
of this License. Licensee may terminate this license by destroying all copies
of the software and documentation.

7. GOVERNING LAW. This agreement is made under and shall be governed by
the laws in the State of Washington, USA.
