Add

After clicking to Add button you will see small menu where you must select item for adding in list. Here is a few simple rules for determining what you must choose.

If you have POP3 mailbox in your Intranet/Internet network and you would like to check your mailbox for receiving information about state of your mailbox then you must add POP3 checker. Information about state of your mailbox will include number of messages, their subjects and who and when sent this message for you.
If you have web-based mailbox at Internet network and you would like to check your mailbox for receiving information about state of your mailbox then you must add WEB checker. Information about state of your mailbox will include only number of messages or status of Inbox from web-based mail.
If you have web-based mailbox at Internet network and you would like to receive your messages through your favorite e-mail client (Outlook, Netscape, Eudora, FoxMail, The Bat and etc) then you must add WEB-POP3 gate.

After as you selected your item you can edit necessary parameters for it. But there is 3 different way which depend from what are you editing. Choose link for detail about editing

Editing of POP3 checker.

When you add or edit information for POP3 checker you usually working with window represented below.

You must fill in all of field in this window.

Description	is simply description for your fast identification this service. You can choose any word or phrases for description new service.
Host Address	contains IP or DNS for your POP3 server.
User name	is your user name for accessing e-mail at this POP3 server.
Password	is your password for accessing e-mail at this POP3 server.
POP3 port	contains number of port for connection to server through POP3 protocol. Usually it is 110, but if you use non-standard number of port, you must change this value.
Check every	is interval of time in minutes between checkings your mailbox in automatic mode. If this value equals 0 then mailbox will be checked only manually.
Extented checking	contains attribute which determine whether will be received all headers from server after receiving number of messages. If it is unmarked you will have information only about number of messages. If it is marked then you will be have all information about headers of messages from server.
Notify by sound when have mail	contains attribute which determine whether will be played sound notification after checking your mailbox. If it is marked and and the program found any mail in your mailbox, sound notification will be played. For selecting sound open the window with General settings.
Suspended service	is attribute for suspending service. If is marked then you can not use this service and automatic checking by scheduler is disabled.
Popup for waited messages	if you are waiting some urgent messages and program determine that you have one of them then you will be notified by message box with information which urgent message you have in mailbox. For setting rules for urgent messages open the window with General settings.

If you press to Cancel button after changing information then your changes will not be saved or new POP3 checker will not be created. If you press to OK button then all information about current POP3 checker will be included in list.

Editing of WEB checker.

When you add or edit information for WEB checker.you usually working with window represented below.

You must fill all of field in this window. But for must popular web-based services you can use CLONE FROM button.

Description	is simply description for your fast identification this service. You can choose any word or phrases for description new service.
Host Address	contains full URL to first page at your web-based e-mail where you enter username and password. For example it must be http://www.netaddress.com/, http://www.hotmail.com/, http://mail.yahoo.com/, http://mail.excite.com/ and etc. But remember it must be page where you enter username and password.
User name	is your registered user name for accessing web-based mail at this URL
Password	is your password for accessing web-based mail at this URL
Adapted for	contains several predefined settings for web-based mail servers. If you use NetAddress (USANET) or any clone from NetAddress (like AmExMail) you must select here NETADDRESS. In other case you must select General WEB-Mail.
Correction list	is list of correction for different web-mail servers. Usually you don't need to fill this list manually unless you are not going to make connections to server which are absent in CLONE FROM list. If you need more detail about how to work with list go to here.
Setting for Internet connection as in	contains where from will be taking parameters for Internet connection. It is highly not recommended to use settings as in Internet Explorer except when you use mail server with HTTPS protocol like HotMail. Is recommended to use alternative connection for servers that do not use HTTPS. For details about settings in connection to Internet and configuring access through proxy go here.
CLONE FROM	is button with menu for fast configuring several the most popular web-mail servers. When you select any item from this menu necessary setting for selected service will fill fields in the windows and you must be changed only Description, User name and Password for configuring checker. But it does not mean that you can not configure other mail service in such way. For example you exactly know that AmExMail is very similar NetAddress. So you can make CLONE FROM->NETADDRESS replace Host address at http://www.amexmail.com/, changed Description, User name and Password and you will have configured AmExMail checker.

You must fill all of field in this window. But for must popular web-based services you can use CLONE FROM button.

Delete messages on server	is mark that determine whether will be downloaded messages deleted on server or not. If you mark it then messages will be deleted after receiving, but you must have this option enabled in your e-mail client

Delete items

For deleting service from list you must select this service and press to Delete button. After confirmation of your decision, service will be deleted.

Information about list

All changes are made by you will be automatically stored at disk so you do not need save or load this information manually.
