| Description |
is simply description for your fast identification this
service. You can choose any word or phrases for description new service.

| Host Address |
contains IP or DNS for your POP3 server.
|
| User name |
is your user name for accessing e-mail at this POP3 server.
|
| Password |
is your password for accessing e-mail at this POP3 server.
|
| POP3 port |
contains number of port for connection to server through
POP3 protocol. Usually it is 110, but if you use non-standard number of
port, you must change this value.

| Check every |
is interval of time in minutes between checkings your mailbox in automatic mode. If this value equals 0 then mailbox will be checked only manually.
|
| Extented checking |
contains attribute which determine whether will be received all headers from server after receiving number of messages. If it is unmarked you will have information only about number of messages. If it is marked then you will be have all information about headers of messages from server.
|
| Notify by sound when have mail |
contains attribute which determine whether will be played sound notification after checking your mailbox. If it is marked and and the program found any mail in your mailbox, sound notification will be played. For selecting sound open the window with General settings.
|
| Suspended service |
is attribute for suspending service. If is marked then you can not use this service and automatic checking by scheduler is disabled.
|
| Popup for waited messages |
if you are waiting some urgent messages and program determine that you have one of them then you will be notified by message box with information which urgent message you have in mailbox. For setting rules for urgent messages open the window with General settings.

If you press to Cancel button after changing information then your changes will not be saved or new POP3 checker will not be created. If you press to OK button then all information about current POP3 checker will be included in list.

General WEB-Mail.

connection. It is highly not recommended to use settings as in Internet
Explorer except when you use mail server with HTTPS protocol like HotMail.

is button with menu for fast configuring several the
most popular web-mail servers. When you select any item from this menu
necessary setting for selected service will fill fields in the windows
and you must be changed only Description, User name
and Password for configuring checker. But it does not mean that
you can not configure other mail service in such way. For example you exactly
know that AmExMail is very similar NetAddress. So you can make CLONE
FROM->NETADDRESS replace Host address at http://www.amexmail.com/,
changed Description,
User name and Password and you
will have configured AmExMail checker.
