THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IT IS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE AUTHOR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT AND DOCUMENTATION REMAINS WITH RECIPIENT. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF THE AUTHOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

License Agreement

This is a legal agreement between the user and the author of the software that will apply as soon as the user installs CatchFiles on his computer.The user can evaluate free of charge the software for 30 days from the day of installation. Beyond this period the software will cease to work and the user will be invited to register. The registration fee is established in US$ 12.50 or EUROS 11.50 (see conversion table in
other EU currencies) .Registered users can utilize without limitation CatchFiles on 2 computers owned by the same registered user, one of which must be a notebook,laptop or other kind of portable computers but the property of the program remains to the author.
The software can be freely distributed to third parties provided that this license agreement is distributed with it as well as the entire zip or exe archive. The registration code cannot be distributed together with the software.The software cannot be modified, disassembled, reversed and cannot be used any software to reproduce the code in a human readable form. In case of users that adopt the version that includes the Sun's JRE all the restrictions and conditions of the JRE license will also apply.

In case of litigation the italian law will be applicable and the court of Rome will be competent.
