About
Organic Shape Pack
The Organic Shape Pack includes 6 components:
 |
Organic
Shape Form |
| The TOrganicShapeForm
class is a descendant of TForm that provides a way to shape
any form according to a bitmap used as a mask. This means that a form
can easily have any shape you like, simply by providing a bitmap. |
 |
Organic
Shape Button |
TOrganicShapeButton
Delphi component is a 3 state button (normal, over, pressed)
that shapes itself accordingly with a bitmap mask.
This is a real transparent button that lets you see what's behind
it and only accepts clicks inside its boundaries. |
 |
Organic
Shape Shifter |
This is a
new component added to version 2.0 of Organic Shape Pack.
This is a very powerful and useful component that allows any windowed
control (components that inherit from TWinControl) to have
an irregular boundary by just providing a bitmap as mask.
For instance: with this component you can shape any Button,
Memo, MonthCalendar or even an ActiveX control like
a WebBrowser. |
 |
Organic
Shape Form Light |
| This is a
new component added to version 2.0 of Organic Shape Pack. It allows
any form to have an irregular boundary by just providing a
bitmap as mask. Its like an Organic
Shape Form component with less functionality. Has the advantage
to shape a form at design time. |
 |
Organic
Shape Image |
| TOrganicShapeImage
Delphi component is a TImage like component with irregular
boundaries. The boundary is set by a mask bitmap. |
 |
Speed
Bitmap Class |
TSpeedBitmap
is included for free. It is used to increase mask calculation
speed, but it can be used for other purposes also.
The TSpeedBitmap class is a descendant of TBitmap that
provides high speed access to 24 bit bitmap pixels which is ideal
for multimedia applications with graphic effects
|
.All these components have in common the ability to shape itselfs according
to a bitmap used as a mask. It means that they can easily have any
shape you like, simply by providing a bitmap.
This is great for building cool interfaces. Supports automatic
skin saving and retrieval.
