This example shows a bit of everything. NewsAgent is reading a textfile specified in the ScriptFile parameter named one.txt. The OnClick parameter is set to hold, meaning that a click will pause and resume the text-display, but parameters for the URl and target are included, so switching this value to link instead would provide a direct link to the Cool Focus front page.
