Please read the following agreement carefully before using or registering the applet. Unless a different written and signed agreement relating to this applet exists between you and Cool Focus International Ltd ("CFi"), your use of this applet will be taken as indication of your understanding and acceptance of the terms below.

1. The term "applet" will be taken as referring to all .class, .cab, .jar, .htm, and other files distributed by CFi that relate to this product. The term "site" will be taken as referring to a directory location and its subdirectories on a single web server, these directories containing inter-linked HTML documents (web pages) relating to a single individual or company. The term "URL" refers to the HTTP web address of the site.

2. 1. If the applet has NOT been registered: CFi hereby grants you a non-exclusive license to use this applet in object form for personal use only. This license expressly prohibits the use of the applet in connection with any commercial enterprise, including (but not limited to) its publication on an intranet or World Wide Web site.

   2. If the applet has been registered: CFi hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this applet in object form for personal and/or commercial use, this license taking effect upon receipt by CFi of your registration fee.

3. CFi provides the applet 'as is' without express or implied warranties. CFi will not be liable for any damages suffered by you or any user of the applet even if CFi has been informed of the possibility of such damages.

4. If the applet has been registered: The applet may be used on a single site only, without restriction to the number of web pages on which it is used. Any use of the applet on any other site without prior purchase of a license for that site is prohibited, other than under the provisions of paragraph 5 of this agreement.

5. If the applet has been registered: The URL for which the applet was originally registered may be altered or exchanged twice within the lifetime of this agreement without additional charge upon you by CFi, provided the applet is used on no more than one site.

6. If the applet has been registered: The applet is coded to run only by being called from documents on the site for which it was registered. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide the correct URL to CFi when registering.

7. CFi reserves the right to withhold delivery of registration codes until CFi is satisfied that any URL specified by you meets the requirements laid out in this agreement. If the specified URL would allow use of the applet on more than one site, CFi may refuse delivery until a suitable URL is provided, or revise the purchase price to reflect the potential number of host sites.

8. Title, ownership right, and intellectual property right to the applet shall remain the property of CFi. You agree to abide by the copyright law and all other applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction including, but not limited to, export control laws.

9. You agree not to modify or attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse-engineer any part of the applet.

10. Permission to distribute the applet is hereby granted, provided that:
    1. the copying or distribution is not done for direct commercial advantage and no payment is requested or received for such distribution;

    2. any distribution of the applet is on the same terms as those contained in this Agreement, and each distributed copy contains this Agreement and includes all documentation and files that accompany the applet; and

    3. any additional documentation or other materials related to such distribution acknowledge CFi's copyright in the software and accompanying files.

11. CFi reserves the right to alter its terms of business, pricing and delivery without prior notification.

12. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

13. CFi may terminate this Agreement at any time by delivering notice to you, and you may terminate this Agreement at any time by destroying or erasing your copy of the applet. Upon termination of this Agreement, you agree to destroy or erase the applet within 7 days of your receipt of the termination notice, and cease and desist from all use of the applet.
