ImageWizard Overview
ImageWizard is an image rotator intended for displaying advertizing banners. Up to 2000 images can be displayed, with each able to link to its own URL and Target when clicked. Images are displayed using a transitional fading effect, either from image to image directly, or from image to background.
The speed of the fading effect is fully user-editable, as is the length of time the images are displayed. The applet can optionally react to the mouse by displaying a 3D border around images. If selected, the color of the border can be chosen for each image, and there's a choice of two modes to govern whether the image shrinks to fit within the border or remains at its original size.
Image Wizard offers three choices about the order in which images are displayed. The first two are sequentially in numerical or reverse-numerical order. The third option is is ImageWizard's intelligent randomization. The applet displays the images in a random order, but ensures that no image is given preferential treatment by being displayed more often than any other. After a single pass through the entire collection, the images are 'shuffled' again to be displayed in a different non-preferential order.
NEW in V1.2! ImageWizard now supports the unique Cool Focus Satellite add-on, optionally displaying text messages or images in a a remote applet coinciding with ImageWizard's image animation.
