The first is that a background image is added and FadeToBackground is now set to 'yes', with HoldBackground increased to 10 (with equals 1 second). The second is that ShrinkOnSelect is set to 'no', so that the colored borders that react to mouse actions are now drawn over the image. Minor changes have the FadeSpeed doubled up to 10, meaning that fades now take longer, and the DisplayOrder is set to 'up' so that images are displayed in numerical order.
