DuaLink Overview
DuaLink acts as a simple and responsive alternative to a hypertext link that changes text color according to its focussed/unfocussed/pressed state. The three colors for these states are editable, as is the background color, and a single click can update up to four frames at once. As well as changing text colors, DuaLink can also display an alternative line of text when the mouse passes over the applet. Because you'll often want to use DuaLink to create a 'menu' of links in a side frame, you'll want to make them as narrow as possible without the usual trial-and-error process. For this reason, DuaLink includes a unique Testmode feature to display the minimum applet size for your text/fontsize in the status-bar. NEW in V2.0! DuaLink supports the Cool Focus Satellite system. (If that link doesn't lead anywhere, you can find out more by downloading the Satellite package from the Applet Downloads area at Cool Focus.) An added UseHandCursor parameter allows compatible browsers to display a hand cursor when the mouse moves over a menu entry. |
