When I use MenuSnap, it says that the menus were successfully snapped, but the menu items are still out of order. What is wrong?

This problem is caused by a bug within the Microsoft Internet Explorer 4 software. Before the order of the items in the Start Menu is updated, you will need to restart Windows. However, this problem can be avoided by upgrading your Internet Explorer software to version 5.0.

You can download the Internet Explorer upgrade or order a CD from Microsoft's web site, http://www.microsoft.com/ie.

I have used MenuSnap and rebooted my system, but the items are still out of order. What should I do?

Sometimes while using MenuSnap under Windows 98, Windows ignores the changes to the menu order information. Usually this problem can be resolved by running MenuSnap a second time.

I am using Windows NT 4 and MenuSnap does not appear to be working. What's wrong?
