TimeZone Application Synopsis for Windows 95/NT

TimeZone was built to provide a means to determine the time where a
friend, chat partner, client, or a business contact resides. Registered
customers can define an unlimited number of cities and their relative
times to Greenwich Mean. Non-registered customers are limited to 10
cities.

Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) is the reference for determining time
around the world. Time zones to the west of Greenwich, England are
measured as negative times in relationship to GMT while zones to the
east are measured as positive times. For each time zone east or
west, one hour is added or subtracted from GMT respectively. As an
example Tokyo, Japan is +9 hours ahead of GMT while Los Angles,
California is -8 hours behind GMT.

TimeZone uses your system's time and the relative difference to GMT
of city you select to establish that city's current time.
