Playlist
Use the playlist to organize your MP3 files.
File
From the file popup you can load and save playlists.
Add
From the Add popup you can add files, directories or
locations (URL's).
Delete
Use this function to remove files from the playlist.
You can also rightclick on the files you want to
delete directly in the playlist.
Play
Plays the selected file or CD track. This function
in not available if more than one file is selected.
Edit
You can use the edit functions to select and deselect
files in the playlist. You can also change the font
size.
If you are in CD mode, you can also rename CD tracks
or update the CD names from a \
CDDB Server\
.
The Show Music Group option, showes the last directory
before the filename. This makes it more easy to
organize large playlists.
ID3 Tag
If only one file is selected you can click on this
function to edit the files \
ID3 Tag\
.
You can change the song name, artist, album, year,
genre and comment properties.
Sort
You can select if the playlist should be sorted or
non sorted. If the playlist is not sorted, you can
use the functions Randomize, Reverse and Sort Once
to change the playlist. Sort Once will sort the
playlist, but if you add files, they will appear at
the end of the playlist.
Quick Search
If you want to find a file fast you can enter a part
of the filename in the Quick Search box. When you hit
return, the nearest equivalent will be played.
Artist and Album
In CD mode you can see the artist and the album. If
you change the names, they will be stored in the
local database. If you want the original names back,
you can select 'Read from CDDB' from the Edit popup.
