WPlay\
License Agreement
By running WPlay you are consenting to be bound by this
agreement. If you do not agree to all of the terms of
this agreement, you must stop using WPlay and remove
it from your computer.
Terms applicable when license fees not paid
WPlay is free of charge only if you use it for the purpose
of evaluating whether to purchase an ongoing license. The
evaluation period for all users is limited to 14 days. If
you are using WPlay free of charge, you are not entitled to
support or assistance.
Terms applicable when license fees paid
If you have paid the Shareware registration fee, you are
granted to use WPlay in the manner described under
"Scope of Grant". Shareware registration fee is not
applicable to commercial entities or government agencies.
Scope of Grants
You May:
- Use WPlay on any single computer.
- Use WPlay on a network, provided that each
person accessing the software through the network
must have a copy licensed to that person.
- Use WPlay on a second computer as long as only
one copy is used at a time.
You may not:
- Redistrubute WPlay.
- Permit other individuals to use WPlay except under
the terms listed above.
- Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, or create derivative works based on WPlay.
Disclaimer of Warranty
WPlay is provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of
any kind. The entire risk as to the quality and performance
of WPlay is borne by you. Should WPlay prove defective, you
and not the author assume the entire cost of any service and
repair. This disclaimer of warranty constitutes an essential
part of the agreement.
Termination
The license will terminate automatically if you fail to
comply with the limitations described herein. On termination,
you must destroy all copies of WPlay.
High risk activities
WPlay is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured
or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in
hazadous enviroments requiring fail-safe performance.
