A Windows 32-bit utility to automatically shutdown your system.
An icon resides in the system tray for ease of use.
You may set up this utility to shutdown after a period of
inactivity or at a specified time each day.

To Run:

Click on the tray icon for AutoShutdown to configure the program.
AutoShutdown can shut down your system after a period of inactivity
(no mouse or keyboard input detected) or at a specific time each
day of the week.

NOTE: You need to have a PC with auto-power shutdown ability
to avoid seeing the "You may shutdown your system..." message
in Windows.
