By clicking the Services button on the TCCAdministrator, you will be presented with the following:
Each service under TCCRadius can be restarted or shutdown independently.
Once a service has been shutdown by the Administrator, it can only be restarted by accessing the Windows Console.
The Shutdown All option completely shuts down TCCRadius. This is the BEST method for stopping TCCRadius.
