Program executable: interval.exe

First time you start the program click <Setup> in the mainmenu and select language and units of measurement.

You add splits by entering either the splittime and -distance or by entering the total accumulated distance and time. The program then calculates the corresponding split from the totals. You add new splits by finally clicking <Insert> og by pressing <Enter>. The graphics are instantly updated.

The graphics consists of two seperate graphs showing the splitspeeds and the accumulated total speed. The final point in the accumulated speed-graph is the overall, final average speed for the session. The x-axis values are the accumulated total distance and the y-axis values are the splitspeeds/accumulated speeds.

You can save or open a previously saved session. You may compare up to 3 graphs including the current session.

If you enter a wrong split you can manually delete it from the memobox with the value. You must delete the entire row holding the wrong value. Click <Update> when finished to tell the program to recalculate totals etc.
