Use the Bean Validator to identify beans that might not behave properly in visual builders. The Bean Validator analyzes a bean and generates a diagnostic report based on the JavaBean Guidelines created by IBM JavaBean developers.  This release of the Bean Validator works for classes as well as user interfaces.

What's New in This Release

Bean Validator 1.1 provides the following new features:

• It verifies that all bean properties provide a java.beans.PropertyEditor, via a new Property Editors case, which is under the BeanInfo Category.
• It verifies that EventListeners implement java.util.EventListener interface, via the existing Method, Property and Event Descriptors case, which is also under the BeanInfo Category.
• BeanValidator now provides an Export button to export its results to a text (.txt) file.
