Glyph overview

To distingush the types of glyphs the headers have different colors:
A special border around the colored dot (see the red dot at the 'x') indicates that the glyph itself is not available (there is no mapping information) in the font file.
You can copy glyphs by selecting any number of glyphs by clicking them while holding down the Ctrl key. If you paste the selection to another font, the glyphs will be pasted to the same position. If you want the pasted glyphs to be placed on another position you can select the same number of glyphs you copied prior to the paste action.
You can change the glyph's properties by right-clicking and select Properties... menu item.

You can edit the postscript name, left side bearing and the advance width in the general tab. Changing the left side bearing and the advance width are both important when you changed the glyphs position and size.

The glyph's mappings are available from the Mapping tab. Don't forget to select the Microsoft mapping table when adding or deleting mappings.
