Description
-----------

VKStartupManager is an easy to use tool which allows you to
manage programs, which start in Windows loadtime.

Installation
------------

Important! If you've got VKStartupManager not from our web page,
but from the other source (magazine CD or some software library),
please visit our home page - you'll probably find the later version;
usually, we release the updates at least twice a month.

To install VKStartupManager, just run the "setup.exe" and follow the
instructions. The onliest thing you'll need to select is the
target directory.

Note: the VKStartupManager may not run correctly if the new
version of common control library (comctl32.dll) is not
installed; the program requires version 4.70 or later. This new
version is already available in Windows 95 OEM Service Release 2 or
Windows 98; you may also have it if you're using Internel Explorer 3.x
or later.
However, if you are not sure, or if the VKStartupManager shown the
message that an old version of this library is installed, just run the
"401comupd.exe" to update your system. For your convenience,
we're distributing this file together with the VKStartupManager
setup files; it is also available from Microsoft site:
